Hall Hire at Jubilee Hall

Jubilee Hall is available to hire for community groups, classes, parties, and events.

Details:

• Suitable for: meetings, children’s parties, workshops, fitness classes 
• Facilities: 
  • kitchen

  • tables & chairs 
  • parking (main road) 

Pricing:

• Main Hall – £25 per hour (casual hire) or £16.50 per hour (Friends of Jubilee Hall) 
• Café Area – Same rates as the main hall. Includes a 55” screen, comfortable seating, and is ideal for meetings or small events 
• Kitchen Use – Free for making hot drinks and preparing cold food 
  • Cooking facilities: £10 per hour (casual hire) or £6.50 per hour (Friends) 
• Meeting Room – £18 per hour (casual hire) or £12 per hour (Friends) 

Room Capacities

• Main Hall: up to 150 people 
• Café Area: up to 32 (or 26 seated café-style) 
• Meeting Room: up to 10 people 

Membership – Friends of Jubilee Hall

Residents of West Rainton & Leamside can become members for:

• £15 per year (individual) 
• £25 per year (family) 

Regular groups hiring the hall can join for £25 per year.
